KashAssist operates two products: KashKiranaAssist (billing, GST and udhaar khata assistant for shop owners) and KashPadhaiAssist (homework doubt solver for Class 8-12 students). This policy covers the websites, installable apps and WhatsApp bots for both products.
• Chat messages and voice notes you send to the assistants (voice notes are converted to text). • Invoice data you create: customer names, items, amounts, GST, payment status and customer phone numbers you choose to add. • Your WhatsApp phone number when you message our WhatsApp bots. • Basic usage data: free-use counts, subscription status, referral codes. We do NOT collect your card or UPI details — payments are processed entirely by Razorpay and Stripe.
• To generate AI responses: your messages are processed by AI providers (Google Gemini for chat, OpenAI Whisper for voice transcription) solely to produce the reply. • To create, store and share invoices, khata (udhaar) records and answer cards you ask for. • To send the optional evening Dukaan Digest on WhatsApp (reply 'digest off' anytime to stop). • To operate free-use limits, subscriptions and referral bonuses.
We never sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the product: AI providers (Google, OpenAI) for generating responses, Twilio for WhatsApp delivery, and Razorpay/Stripe for payments. Customer phone numbers you save in khata are used only to open a WhatsApp reminder from YOUR phone — we do not message your customers ourselves.
Chat history, invoices and khata records are retained so your sessions resume across visits. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing us with your session or WhatsApp number.
KashPadhaiAssist is intended for students of Class 8-12. If you are under 18, please use it with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. We collect no more information from students than from any other user.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled databases. Payment credentials never touch our servers.
